Dr Rajinder Kumar & the Dimaagi team
Dr Rajinder Kumar earned his MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Jammu and his MD (Psychiatry) from the Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi. He has worked at IHBAS, Lady Hardinge Medical College, AIIMS, PGIMER and ESI Model Hospital, New Delhi.
With two decades of experience across clinical settings, he is the course director for our psychology internship programmes. His areas of interest are mood disorders, addiction psychiatry and community outreach.
Every internship is delivered by Dr Kumar alongside a team of experienced educators and clinical psychologists — so you learn from real practitioners, not just textbooks.
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
— Nelson Mandela
Dimaagi is built on this belief. Dr Rajinder Kumar founded the centre on the conviction that good education changes lives — and the person who turns that into structured, outcome-driven learning is someone who once trained here himself.
Sajad Ahmed Qureshi
Sajad leads Learn with Dimaagi, the centre's learning programme — designing the curriculum and every course around clear, measurable outcomes, and applying the science of learning (spaced retrieval, retrieval practice and interleaving) so interns leave genuinely competent. An educator with 25,000+ tutoring hours and founder of DecaScholars, he began at the ground level in the Jammu region — including teaching homeless and underprivileged children with the Kitaab Aur Kalam Foundation — before becoming an internationally sought-after tutor across 10+ countries. He works in a non-clinical capacity, under the supervision of the centre's clinicians.
"I went through this internship myself — now I design it for the next batch."
