We're a psychiatrist-led mind-care and research centre in Jammu, growing a team of clinicians who care as much about ethics, education and access as they do about clinical excellence. If you're a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist who wants your work to matter, we'd love to talk.
Dimaagi exists to make ethical, evidence-based psychiatric and psychological care accessible across the region and online — and to grow the next generation of mental-health professionals through training, supervision and research.
We were founded on Dr Rajinder Kumar's belief that education changes lives. That's why clinical care, teaching and research sit side by side here — and why we look for people who want to do all three.
One centre, several ways to help.
These aren't slogans — they shape how we see patients, how we make decisions, and how we treat each other.
The Mental Healthcare Act, RCI standards, informed consent and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
Prescribing and psychotherapy grounded in current best evidence — not habit or hierarchy.
Regular case discussions and peer support — no one practises in isolation here.
We match care to the person — family-aware with consent, and grounded in Indian realities.
Online and offline, so distance and cost are smaller barriers to getting help.
Every clinician helps train the next generation and build local evidence.
Flexible engagement around your existing practice: visiting, part-time, or core; online and/or in Jammu.
Counsellor, researcher, or final-year trainee instead? We also build supervised pathways — tell us where you are and we'll find a fit.
Care that genuinely changes outcomes in an under-served region.
Led by an MD psychiatrist with two decades of clinical experience.
Visiting, part-time or core — and online or in Jammu, around your life.
Grow as an educator and contributor, not just a clinician.
Clinic, internships and digital tools — room to shape what comes next.
Your registration, scope and ethics are honoured — never cut corners.
Share your details, attach your CV and add a short cover note — we'll review and get back to you.

Yes. In line with Indian regulations, clinical psychology roles require an RCI-recognised M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and current RCI (CRR) registration. This protects patients and keeps everyone within their scope of practice.
Optionally, yes — and we encourage it. Clinicians can supervise interns, run workshops and psychoeducation, and contribute to research and our case-based learning tools alongside clinical work.
